- ClassB GPCR have been historically difficult to drug with small molecules. One approach is the use of allosteric modulators
- Allosteric modulators are useful tools for manipulating ClassB GPCRs pharmacology
- We will describe the discovery and pharmacological and structural characterization of novel allosteric probes for ClassB GPCRs
